Please note we cannot accept any returns and/or exchanges without first being notified
as our address is not able to receive packages or deliveries. Customers must first contact Unity Resin directly via email, and special instructions will be provided, depending on each individual circumstance. You must receive confirmation from our customer service team prior to any return or exchange being processed.

Damaged Merchandise:

If you receive merchandise in damaged or poor condition, please contact us immediately upon receipt, via email.  We will either issue a refund or replace with item of equal value, depending on the individual circumstances and agreed upon resolution between you (the customer) and Unity Resin. Photos of damage may be requested along with proof of purchase.

Refunds:

For purchases made on our website that you may want to return for a full refund, we offer a 30 day return policy for unopened, unused items that must be returned in original condition and original packaging, with safety seals in place. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we will provide you with instructions for requesting a refund. We require each item to have proof of purchase and cannot accept any items back without being contacted and notified first.

You must receive confirmation from our customer service team prior to shipping any items back to us.

Customers are responsible for any costs associated with shipping the products back to us. Shipping costs are non refundable and items must be received back to us in new, unused and re-sellable condition. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in return shipment. It is highly recommended to use an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual physical receipt of the Goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.

In the event of exceptional circumstances, please email us at info@unityresin.com. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In some cases, returns and refunds may not be possible.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover the costs of the initial sales fees, return processing charges and order handling and restocking.

Sale items (if applicable):

Sale items are final sale and are not applicable for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Methods:

Unity Resin strives to ensure each order is shipped out as quickly and efficiently as possible.  We utilize the most up-to-date shipping and inventory integrations to assure that your orders are processed and fulfilled on time and accurately. The carriers and methods of shipment utilized depend on the products being shipped, classification codes and the destinations. Please send us an email at info@unityresin.com if you should require any shipping assistance or have any questions. Some of the carriers we use are USPS, FedEx & UPS.

Carrier Delays:

Please note that once our products leave our warehouse facility and are in the possession of the carriers, it is out of our control as to if there will be any unexpected delivery delays. Due to this, we cannot guarantee an exact time frame that you will receive your order, however, we do our best to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner and will gladly look into any shipping delays should they occur. Cancellations:

We generally ship out orders as soon as possible and therefore, orders may not be able to be cancelled or changed once processed. If you need to cancel or change an order, please email us as soon as possible at info@unityresin.com. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or changed if it has already been fulfilled or is in the process of being packaged. If your order has been fulfilled and you need to change the product, you will need to refuse the package and will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.

Incorrect or Inaccurate Delivery Address:

Unity Resin is not responsible for verifying an address that a customer has entered into our system while purchasing or transacting on our website, or other e-commerce platforms we sell on. Because of this we cannot be liable for resending a package that was delivered to an incorrectly inputted address. Please double check your contact, credit card and mailing information prior to submitting an order with us. If your order was delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly, Unity Resin is not liable or responsible for re-shipping the order. If a package was marked as undeliverable from the carrier, we can re-send to the proper address, however, customer is responsible to pay for any recurring shipping costs. Should the customer request a refund due to shipping or delivery issues beyond our control, we will issue a refund upon receipt of new and unopened items sent back to us. A restocking fee of 15% will be incurred by the customer for any returned items and will be charged to the original payment on file.

Cold Weather Disclosure:

In certain cases, if your resin was exposed to cold or freezing temperatures while in transit, it may turn into a solid and will need sufficient time to thaw back to a liquid state. Please note we are not responsible for items that may have frozen during transportation in colder months, or left outside for an extended period of time after delivery, and refunds or replacements cannot be issued due to this. During the months where temperatures may affect uncured resin, we may suggest another form of shipping at an additional cost, to be paid by customer, if necessary.

*By making a purchase from Unity Resin, you agree that Unity Resin is not responsible for any damage or harm caused by the receipt, possession, storage, use or misuse of the products it sells or the services it provides. You agree that Unity Resin shall not be liable for any loss arising from the use of its services or the goods it sells, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, and consequential losses (e.g., damages caused due to delay, damage caused to artwork, or loss of expected or anticipated profits). Notwithstanding the foregoing, should Unity Resin be found liable for any damages, you agree that such liability shall be limited to a maximum of the amount you paid for the product, item, or service at issue. You acknowledge and agree that you bear all risk associated with the receipt, possession, storage and use of products purchased from Unity Resin and that you should test the product or service before applying it or otherwise using it in a way. Unity Resin is not responsible for use of product or damage for anything other than the product’s intended use.
